We can’t quite believe it’s already February! And what else would you expect from the hottest time of year but the hottest and most sought-after food on the Kāpiti Coast, direct from the kitchens of The Surfer’s Mistress. Quickly becoming the place to be seen in Paraparaumu Beach, Jason and Stefano have done wonders in turning a corner of the village into and Italian lover’s dream. And as you would expect, their reputation for fine food and wines of Italy is spreading fast. An Enviable Reputation The good people from Kia Ora Magazine at Air New Zealand visited last month and will be showcasing the modern, clean restaurant in their March issue. New Zealand’s premium inflight magazine, it is designed for people that love to travel and experience all the best that our amazing country has to offer.
